オープン以来休まず営業してきましたが、12月25日（木）、新年1月1日（木）お休みさせて頂きます。
尚、1月からは毎週月曜日を定休日とさせて頂きます。

This is not on our grand menu.
This is only written on the black board in Japanese.
I want to recommend to everyone not only to Japanese because this is one of my favorite appetizer.
Plus, this is the best match with white wine.
